To draft your preview, BriefBuilt may use a limited set of business answers. Contact details, website links and your newsletter choice are not sent to OpenAI. Nothing is emailed before BriefBuilt reviews and approves it.

If you arrived through a tagged BriefBuilt campaign link, we store only strict campaign tags and an allowlisted public BriefBuilt referrer path with this request to understand which launch messages work. We do not add your IP address, browser ID, referrer query, contact details or free-text answers to that attribution record. It follows the same retention and deletion lifecycle as the request and does not by itself enable advertising or analytics.

To draft the direction, BriefBuilt may send only your business or brand name, business stage, industry, product or service type, target audience, visual preferences and primary goal to OpenAI. Your first name, email address, website or social URLs and marketing choice are not sent for preview generation.

OpenAI API content is not used to train its models unless BriefBuilt opts in. Requests use store: false, which disables Responses API application-state storage, but this is not Zero Data Retention: standard abuse-monitoring data may still be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days. The generated result remains private until a BriefBuilt operator reviews and approves sharing it. Read the privacy policy.

Submitting a request does not create a paid project or establish eligibility for a paid B2B order. If automated generation is unavailable or not approved, BriefBuilt may review the request without sending its content to OpenAI. Nothing is sent to you until a BriefBuilt operator separately approves it.
